This DVD introduces our hunchback stance approach and why we feel it is the best all round fighting stances for self-defense and mixed martial arts in general. The DVD then moves into core-footwork and how to use it, plus how to fix existing holes in your current footwork. Once you have this down, we believe you won’t need to learn another footwork sequence.

The DVD continues with detailed explanation of CM Phase 1, the corner stone of our fundamental stand-up game program. CM Phase 1 is simply how to develop a solid defense that will enable you to effectively strike back, but also when needed the ability to ride the storm of incoming strikes from aggressive opponent. This DVD also looks at our unique approach to straight-line punching, which we call the Diving Board. The Diving Board not only makes your strikes an offensive weapon, but also a defensive weapon at the same time. If you are not creating holes then there is nowhere for your opponent to attack into. The Diving Board will give you this advantage.

Finally we also look at the basics of combination theory and what makes a good combination!
