The Process:
First you enrol in the Trainers program as a Trainer-In-Training, engage in the online learning environments for 12-months (See below), then attend a yearly 4-day intensive Trainers Clinic, whereby afterwards you are performance evaluated for your first licence. It is that easy. We really try and make the process of becoming a CMD Trainer as stress free as possible.

The Crazy Monkey Online Gym- Updated weekly with instructional video, articles and much more- this site is our virtual gym, where you can watch 100’s of videos spanning the entire CMD curriculum. In addition all videos are categorized by themes, so you can be focused when learning the techniques and drills.
The Crazy Monkey Online Discussion Groups- Attached to the Online Gym are our exclusive discussion groups. Here CMD Trainers, CM Clients and CM enthusiasts from around the world actively engage in discussions revolving around game problem solving. What ever you are struggling with, if you post a question on one of discussion groups you will receive immediate responses and ‘how to’s’ from dozens of Trainers from around the world. This is an extremely valuable resource.
The Crazy Monkey Online Trainers Management System (LMS)- This is our newest innovation in the CMD program. Currently courses are being added monthly. Our goal it to have the entire baseline CMD curriculum online by the end of 2010. On the LMS you can watch Rodney teaching you the Trainer, how and what to teach your clients. Rodney moves progressively through the very first CMD session you will have with your client, and then moves on to all the subsequent lessons you will offer in your gym.
The LMS combines animation, video, audio and written text to offer a full multimedia experience. To our knowledge NO ONE in the martial art industry offers such an amazing learning resource that can be accessed 24 hours, 7-days a week from anywhere in the world. You never have to worry again what you should be teaching in your CMD sessions…we will show you everything and you will always feel like you are connected to the Team.
The CM Trainers Only Blog- In addition we have a Trainers Only Blog, where you can access articles and resources that will not only help you coach better, but give you ideas on how to run a profitable martial art gym.

Terms And Conditions
1.Attending your yearly Trainers Camp and or Seminar is compulsory. If you don’t we cant license you, no matter how much work you did in the online Trainers ground. Camp dates are posted between December and January each year, giving you months to prepare.
2. Once you have officially signed up for the CM Trainers Program, you may only advertise yourself as a Trainer-in-Training in the program until such time that you are fully licensed.
3.You may immediately begin teaching CMD within your gym, as long as you do not misrepresent your position within the Trainers program.
4.You are required to actively engage in the online pro-gym, the online discussion groups and the online CMD Trainers Learning Management System. Details will be sent to you about this, including relevant log-ins on joining.
5.Trainer license fee is yearly. It is payable up front for 12-months.
