I am an Advanced Boxing Fitness Instructor

Background:

Began Boxing as a child

Joined the Navy 1993

1995 Class 203 BUD's / S.E.A.L. School (Blew out hip post Hell Week) Trained JKD concepts and BJJ with a SEAL friend and class mates from class 203.

1998 EOD Dive School (Re-injured same hip) the injury then disqualified me from participation in special programs in the Navy.

I am currently still Active Duty Navy I now serve as  Medical Laboratory Technician
