We believe that the Crazy Monkey Defense Program® will teach you all the martial arts skills you need. 

We developed the CMD program to provide the most realistic and functional training methodology we could: skills that will work in real life physical self-defense encounters.  We use CMD to coach people we know will encounter those situations, including members of Special Force Military.

But over time we’ve realized that the vast majority of our clients will never need to use these skills in a self-defense situation.  What they will need is the attitude, the confidence, the physical and mental fitness, the champion mindset to perform and succeed in business and in life.

That’s why we’ve developed the CMD as a vehicle to help our clients become champions not only on the mat, but in life as well.  If we are leaders in anything, then we lead the way by offering a martial arts experience that is a positive force in our clients lives both physically, emotionally and mentally. 

  We’ve developed a coaching style that helps us to help you – so that you can get the most from your training, and to apply what you learn outside of the gym.  In your relationships with people, your career, your business, your life.

The focus on learning for life through martial arts is what makes the CMD different.
