Trainer Info:

I train with Vince Choo at KDT Academy in Kuala Lumpur, where I am certified as a Professional Fizfit Core Strength Coach, as well as a Certified Kettlebell Trainer under the International Kettlebell and Fitness Federation.

I have also been awarded a Blue Belt in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu programme here, coached by Sam Wee, a brown belt under John WIll.

I will be relocating to Kuching, Sarawak in December 2008 and opening my own training facility there, Studio 23. All programs will begin January 5, 2009.

2000-2004: Wado-Ryu Karate, Goju-Ryu Karate

2005-present: Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Blue Belt)

2006-present: CMDP (Trainer-in-Training)

I will be offering Fizfit condtioning workouts, kettlebell workouts, and classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and CMD.
