Trainer Info:
Lawrence Robinson is owner and head instructor of Attitude First. He is ranked a Bronze Glove by Rodney King and is licensed as an Pro Trainer in the CMD program. Lawrence is an active trainer of the Attitude First Fight Team and trains martial artists of all ages both at the Attitude First Training Center and community centers both for the Cities of Phoenix and Anthem in Arizona.

Background:
Lawrence started training Kenpo in 1976. Upon receiveing his black belt he moved to Glendale, AZ in 1981 to manage a Kenpo School.

Lawrence opened "Dragon's Lair" Self Defense Studio, his first school in 1984. He fought many years full contact kick boxing and was the 1983-1985 PKA, WKA and IKBA lightweight Champion for Arizona. He additionally place 3 times at the International Karate Championships. 1985-1987 and his a 5 time Arizona State Champion. 

Current owner and trainer at Attitude First. After joining the CM Defense Program we have trained many pro and amatuer MMA fighters. Recently the team won it's first title. JR Schumacher won the "Rage in the Cage" Middleweight Championship.
